Photos on ReelAccess Upload as many photos as you like and shuffle the order, at no extra charge!!! Image Upload Directions One page images are displayed at 300 pixels wide, by 400 pixels tall. You may upload larger photos in JPG format at 72 DPI, up to 1MB or 1000 pixels; however our system will still crop to headshot standard 300 pixels wide, by 400 pixels tall. To crop images in Photoshop: Open your image, and then click on the “crop tool.” Go to “width” box on the top of the page (once your crop tool is activated) and type in 300 px. Then in the “height” box type in 400 px and in “Resolution” type in 72. Use your crop tool to get the image how you want it. Double click in the center of the photo to finish the crop. Once your image is cropped go to “file” and scroll down to “save for web” and then title the image with a name different than the original in JPG format and press “save.” Double page, `magazine spreads' are best for horizontal shots. To crop your image for double page spreads: open your original image. Click on the "crop tool." Set the width in the box to 600 px, and the height to 400 px. Crop the image to the way you want it, and then double click on the center of the image. Go to “Image” at the top of the page, and scroll down to “Duplicate.” A duplicate image will open. Click on the crop tool again. Set the width in the box at the top of the page to 300 px and the height to 400 px. Crop the first image, starting from the left side of the photo. Double click on the center, and that will be the left side of the image. Then go to the second image and crop from the right. This is the other half of the image. On the left cropped image, go to “File”, then “save for web,” and save as i.e., yourname_left_side.jpg then do the same for the right side image. (yourname_right_side.jpg) You will have two halves of the image on your screen. Then on your ReelAccess Photographs page click “browse,” then “upload.” Upload the left side of your photo, then the right. Double-page images cannot be the first image on your page. Place a one-page image in the first slot, and then put in your double-page image. The gallery is like a book. It opens on one page, and then when you turn it can open up to a double-page spread. Remember when you’re placing double-paged images into your gallery: First page (single) then a two page image, and another after if you like. But remember a book when you’re placing the double-page images in, or half an image will be on one page, and flip over to the other. The last image in your gallery will be the photo that comes up when your name is put into a search. The first image will be the first image on your profile page. We suggest that you crop your images prior to uploading them, to get the exact look you want. If you need help, just contact us. We work for you! If you are still having trouble please email us your Photos. We will be happy to crop and upload them to your ProfilePage for you.... |
